Understand الفهم
I audit before I architect. The first phase is reading: code, tickets, incident history, team context. The goal is to understand what's actually slow, broken, or unclear — not what people assume is wrong. أدرس قبل أن أصمم. المرحلة الأولى هي القراءة: الكود، التذاكر، سجل الحوادث، وسياق الفريق. الهدف هو فهم ما هو بطيء أو مكسور فعلاً، لا ما يظنه الناس.

Architecture decisions get written down before code gets written. Build البناء
Execution in small, reviewable increments. Each change has a clear intent. I write the diff I'd want to review — not the diff that was easiest to write. تنفيذ في خطوات صغيرة وقابلة للمراجعة. لكل تغيير هدف واضح. أكتب الـ diff الذي أودّ مراجعته، لا الذي كان أسهل كتابةً.
